The Urban Suburban is a three bedroom, two and a half bath home with a covered porch in the privacy fenced backyard, and a two car attached garage. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, it features a loft study/office. The house is 1915 sq. ft. in size.
We accept stays for a minimum of 3 nights and offer discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays. Per night pricing for The Urban Suburban starts at under $130 for longer stays.
Pricing is subject to change until booking is finalized; prices may be higher during Holiday or event periods. All bookings are subject to availability.
Stays under 30 consecutive days are subject to State and City taxes.
We accommodate up to six persons, please ask for details.
Bedroom 1
Master Bedroom, located at rear of house, with windows on two sides
Large master bedroom with en suite and huge closet. Dual nightstands, each with lamp. Ceiling fan with light. Floor lamp and chair. Generously sized double dresser with large mirror. Master bath has linen closet, garden tub, separate tiled shower with glass door, and dual sinks inset into granite counter top.
The room has space for our fourth bed, a Beautyrest queen sized
air mattress, which we can set up in advance at your request.
Bedroom 2
Rear bedroom, located next to Master Bedroom, windows overlook rear yard
Bright room with walk in closet. Bedside table and nightstand with a lamp. Bedroom has two windows looking out over a leafy tree and the fenced rear yard. Bedroom has a walk
in closet and a ceiling fan with a light. A short bookcase in the room has bins for clothing
or other storage.

We have a pack n play available for setup in any room, upon request,
for families with young children.
Bedroom 3
Front bedroom, located at front of house, with corner windows
Nicely furnished room with bedside table. Large built in bookcase has numerous bins for clothing or other storage. Occasional chair and small chest of drawers. Bedroom has
ceiling fan with light and a walk in closet.
This bedroom is located right next to the second full bathroom upstairs, which has a tiled tub/shower combination and large granite counter.
