The Owners......
The owners are a couple who have been married over 40 years, and who have lived in Austin for approximately 13 years.
They really strive to create an attractive, comfortable, exceptionally clean, well equipped and furnished home for visitors. They try to do everything they can to accommodate their guests' needs and requests. The "Urban Suburban" truly is a descriptive name for the home and neighborhood; it's friendly and quiet with nature all around, but with an urban vive.

About Us
The Urban Suburban was custom built in 2013, and was furnished and equipped specifically to be a dedicated short term rental home. Furnishings were selected by a former design professional. The house is a smoke free and pet free environment. We take up to six guests per stay; we book stays from three nights, to a week, a month, or longer.
This new South Austin home has 1915 square feet with 3 bedrooms + study, 2-1/2 baths, private yard, 2 car garage

The owners of The Urban Suburban live right next door. They love interacting with their guests, but leave the amount of interaction up to their guests.
At The Urban Suburban we provide a binder in the house that has so much useful information....about the house itself, the appliances, the area, nearby parks, shopping,
and restaurants, but we're always ready to answer any questions that you have about
the house, the area, or Austin. We also offer an app that puts nearly all the same information at your fingertips.
