Walk down the street to Longview City Park and the Stephenson Preserve where you can have a picnic, explore the trails that wind through both, or take the kids to the playground.
Location
The Urban Suburban is well located in South Austin, near MOPAC/Loop 1 and Ben White Blvd. It's an easy commute from the airport to our place. We're located about 10 minutes from downtown Austin. We're close in, but in a quiet location. Nearly every type of shopping is located nearby, including groceries, drug stores, shopping centers, and restaurants.
